Objective
Payperlead.com was approached by Steaks Direct in early 2019, shortly after receiving $40m in angel funding. Their goal was to prove that performance marketing could be a key component of an overall user acquisition strategy, with a renewed focus on growth and optimization for their direct to consumer model.
- Develop a strategy for SEM which is capable of scaling new orders, while also achieving CAC and RoAS targets.
- Scale SEM to new markets on Google and Bing. In addition, determine the best way to generate more traffic from existing sources of success.
- Optimize SEM campaigns through deep analytics and tracking, A/B testing of ads and landing pages, and other strategies to lower CAC.
Execution
Payperlead.com began a 360 revamp of Steak Direct’s online assets starting with a completely new and modern eCommerce website with a focal point on ease of ordering. The next stages involved building out supporting assets, relevant landing pages, and building out organic, social, and native sources.
