Pearland is one of the most far-flung suburbs in the Houston Metro Area, located far to the south of the city, and it is notably less developed than many of its surroundings. This means that there is plenty of farmland and green to see when you visit Pearland, and it makes for a good reprieve from the big city.
Pearland’s focus on nature is exhibited in its attractions, including the Shadow Creek Nature Trail, the Delores Fenwick Nature Center, and Centennial Park. Like many suburbs in the area, Pearland also has many smaller businesses that call the area their home, and they are highly competitive.
